The screwdriver has 3 ratcheting positions…forward, locking and reverse.  Bits are easily stored in the handle so you always have the right size available at your fingertips.  The shank has 3 positions, short, medium and long for added flexibility.  Bits are manufactured out of forged and heated CRV.
